who we are
Hi, I’m Julia Polk
After four decades of connecting people, capital, and ideas across healthcare, biotech, and tech-enabled startups, I’m embarking on a new chapter. I identified gaps in awareness of and support for companies driving environmental resilience and security across the Southeast following my ClimateBase Fellowship. In response, I founded ClimateWiser: an ecosystem dedicated to action, advocacy and venture acceleration.
No challenge is too big for a collective effort. I believe generalists bring new ways of solving problems, and their talents will make a meaningful impact.
